1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any Rifid application or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

2. Our Services

Rifid LLC operates the following applications:

  • Rifid Faith - Private faith companion
  • ClearSpend - Spending awareness tool
  • ValydEdge - Trading discipline platform
  • KeyShyft - Music analysis application
  • KraftShyft - Sound generation tool
  • LocShield - Location security guidance

Each app may have additional app-specific terms that supplement these general terms.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you're under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

3.2 Account Security

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access at support@rifid.co.

Provide accurate, current information when creating your account. You're responsible for keeping your information up to date.

4. Pricing and Billing

4.1 Pricing Structure

Our apps operate on a freemium model:

  • Rifid Faith: $4.99/month or $39.99/year
  • ClearSpend: $4.99/month or $39.99/year
  • ValydEdge: $12.99/month or $99.99/year
  • KeyShyft: $7.99/month or $59.99/year
  • KraftShyft: $7.99/month or $59.99/year
  • LocShield: $4.99/month or $39.99/year

4.2 Free Features

Each app includes core features available for free. Premium features require a paid subscription.

4.3 Billing

Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. You'll be charged at the start of each billing period. We'll notify you before any price changes.

4.4 Cancellation

Cancel anytime from your account settings. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time.

4.5 Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. Contact support@rifid.co for refund requests.

5. Acceptable Use

5.1 Permitted Use

Use our services for their intended purposes, in compliance with all applicable laws.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

You may NOT:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Distribute malware or viruses
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Scrape or extract data without permission
  • Impersonate others or provide false information
  • Use our services for illegal activities

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Rights

Rifid owns all rights to our apps, services, logos, designs, and content. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create in our apps. You grant us a limited license to host and display your content to provide our services.

6.3 KraftShyft Licensing

Sounds generated through KraftShyft include commercial licensing rights as specified in the app-specific terms.

7. Data and Privacy

Our Privacy Policy governs how we collect, use, and protect your data. Key points:

  • We never sell your data
  • Sensitive content is encrypted
  • You can export or delete your data anytime

8. Service Availability

8.1 Uptime

We strive for 99.9% uptime but can't guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance and updates may cause brief interruptions.

8.2 Changes to Services

We may add, modify, or discontinue features. We'll provide notice for significant changes that affect paid features.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

9.1 No Warranty

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee specific results or outcomes.

ClearSpend: Not financial advice

ValydEdge: Not investment or trading advice

LocShield: Not professional security advice

9.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rifid LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

9.4 Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Termination

11.1 Your Right to Terminate

Delete your account anytime from account settings or by emailing support@rifid.co.

11.2 Our Right to Terminate

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or pose security risks. We'll provide notice when possible.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access ends immediately. We'll delete your data per our Privacy Policy, except where legally required to retain it.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Informal Resolution

Contact us at legal@rifid.co to resolve disputes informally before pursuing legal action.

12.2 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12.3 Arbitration

Disputes not resolved informally will be settled through binding arbitration in Wyoming, except where prohibited by law.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. We'll notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
